Description
Coaching varies based on the situation and the
needs of the individual. Each person is at different levels in
different skill areas. Your job as manager is to develop
subordinates so that they can solve problems and deliver results that
allow the group to be successful. People cannot be compared to
others in this context. Instead, you measure progress
individually, against job standards.
