Description

Memory is our capacity to store, retain, and retrieve information and knowledge.  The good news is that thinking, learning and remembering can increase with age.  (It’s just the speed of mental processing that may decrease with age.)

•  Practice techniques to enhance long-term memory.

•  Apply these techniques to your professional and personal lives.
