Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Career Development

Description

Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) in career development can provide a rationale for vocational choices. The MBTI helps people see why they selected a particular occupation, provides insight into why they are satisfied or dissatisfied with it, and removes some of the guess work from the process of selecting a new occupation.
