Description

Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) in management development workshops provides a method of examining decision making, problem solving, assertiveness, delegation, interpersonal communication, listening, and leadership approaches.  The MBTI helps people assess their assets and liabilities as managers, and become aware of leadership styles.

Pre-Requisite

Introduction to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
