Traumatic Incident Management


Description

How do you help your employees recover from a traumatic incident?  How do you get your staff reestablished after employees have suffered from injury, bereavement, or emotional trauma?  As you would expect, there are no easy answers, and each situation presents its own unique set of challenges.  During this workshop, you will receive general guidance on how to plan for and respond to traumatic incident, and leave with an action plan to begin planning, preventing, responding, and recovering from traumatic incidents.
